Judy went above and beyond to help my husband and I, we moved here from Oklahoma and did not know the area, she got us into a area that we loved then four years later she helped us again to purchase some land to build on and just recently helped us find some rental properties, very impressed with her knowledge in all areas. Judy Smith is an experienced and very effective agent. She understands the market very well, and is well-connected throughout the area. She helped sell our unique property which included a large house, baseball field, outbuilding and acreage. She created a very nice brochure which reflected the quality of the property and used state-of-the-art technology to develop a 3-D visual tour. We had some concerns about the house we were bidding on but Judy was able to use her local contacts to get contractors at the house in addition to the home inspector to make sure we were protected. I’ll fully admit that I’m picky, sometimes bull headed and obsessive about certain home details. Judy navigated my personality quirks with ease. My wife and I would recommend her hands down and had a very positive experience.
