With Chef Andrew Alexander, a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in New York, at the helm, The Grille is a locale for true Texas-style dining. The menu features American cuisine with a Southwestern flair and a variety of favorites, including mouthwatering appetizers, steaks, seafood, salads and delectable deserts. The Grille offers outdoor dining overlooking the lake, as well as a cozy, rustic dining room decorated with original Western paintings by local artist Chuck DeHann.
