“Get Hooked On Possum Kingdom” with John Morris
 Hello everyone!Please allow me to be your Realtor. My name is John Morris, and I’d like to thank you for taking this moment to get to know me. Throughout my working life I have worked in a few service oriented establishments that taught me some lessons worth remembering on how to get along well with almost everyone.
My duties as a cook in an upscale restaurant taught me how to prepare for the tasks at hand in the correct order so that the end result was a satisfied customer. In a completely different environment I worked for many years in the corrugated box making industry where attention to detail lead me to become an ISO 9001 certified machine operator in charge of a crew that satisfied the needs of many demanding customers on a daily basis. In the late ’90’s my wife and I moved away from the Dallas-Fort Worth area to find a place that we could call home. It was in Graham that I became a sales consultant for an automobile dealership that allowed me to hone my skills in meeting the demands of customers directly. That path lead me into this career, as I became a Realtor.
Some of my achievements as a Realtor here at Possum Kingdom include: Making the first sale of a lakefront property on the Westside of PK that $old for over $400k, and for currently holding the record for the highest amount that a Westside PK lakefront single family residence has $old for at just under $1 Million Dollars
Although I sell real estate, it’s really all about dealing with the emotions and desires of buyer’s and seller’s in order to close a transaction. It is a service that I enjoy providing for so many fantastic client’s and customer’s. You should know that my plan includes being here as a Realtor for many years after your transaction closes.
As a family man with three young daughters I still manage to enjoy many activities including: Hunting and fishing, target shooting, NASCAR, and NHRA motor sports, boating, photography, listening to music, and watching Mother Nature. We also enjoy the kids softball, and soccer games. My family and I are members of a couple local Churchs too.
