"You can take the girl out of the lake country, but, can't take the lake out of the gal," is what my Grandpa used to say. My best memory as a child was going out to the lake with my grandfather. He would fish and I would talk. I was born in Graham and raised in Elisaville. We moved away when I was in grade school however I knew I would never escape the lake. You know, they'd be glad our family "lake tradition" has been carried on. . The love of my life enjoys lake life just as much as I do! My wonderful husband Phil and our two beautiful daughters, Krystle and RaBeca have enjoyed traveling to different lakes in Texas for years... until the summer of 2006. We came to visit our best friends at PK Lake. We packed up our girls along with two of their friends. We loaded the 5th wheel and boat then off we headed from Katy, Texas to Possum Kingdom Lake. After such a wonderful time that weekend, my husband and I decided to come back the following week to look for a place of our own! After just one trip to PK we were... "bit!" We found our lake home with RE/MAX Possum Kingdom. Since then we have made such wonderful memories with our family on the lake. . While living in the Houston for 15 years, I acquired a wealth of professional experience working in the Oil and Gas industry as a Senior Buyer for 13 years. Life was good but the city was not where my husband and I really wanted to live. We found happiness was getting away to Possum Kingdom. So we took a chance and decided to re-locate full time.
